What counts as one report or one analysis?
One project, one run. A report keeps the product-page read and the campaign numbers together, so you do not spend two credits to look at one project. A comment analysis covers the whole thread up to 600 comments; product analysis is included in Pro.
Can I mix a subscription and credits?
Yes. Credits top up whatever plan you are on, and they are spent only when your monthly allowance is used up.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything you have already generated stays readable. You cannot add new projects or run new analyses beyond the free allowance. Nothing is deleted on downgrade.
What do beta users get at launch?
Every plan is free during the private beta. Before billing opens we will email beta users a discount on the first year — and we will say the exact number before anything is charged.
Refunds?
Fourteen days, no questions. Email us and we refund the last payment through Stripe.
